Overview LC&M Ltd was formed in 2003 from highly skilled local resources with an aim to fill a gap in the market for precision machining of large Crank, Cam and Rotor shafts. In five years business turnover has grown from £100K to £8.5M and our workforce has increased to 70. In addition to record sales in 2008 we also won the prestigious Queens award for enterprise 'international trade'. Re-investment has been core to the expansion of our machining capabilities and range of services in the coming year, we will continue this trend by investing a further 11% of sales in facility, machinery and technique including a custom 11,000 Sqft facility in Salford Manchester. In addition to our technical abilities as a Turn/Key supplier from raw forgings to finished machined shafts up to 25 Tonnes in weight, it is clear our customers world-wide, value the quality and personal approach of our service. We are moving forward to provide enhanced service to our key markets of: Oil, Energy, Mining, Transport, Industrial, LC&M Ltd will be aligned into three complimentary product divisions.
